1. Introduction

Welcome to OnePi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, located at https://www.onepi.love. By accessing or using OnePi, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or by accessing and using the OnePi platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnePi. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions. Additionally, you must not have been convicted of any sexual offense or be required to register as a sex offender.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of OnePi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Use of the Service

OnePi provides a platform for individuals to connect and interact. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. OnePi does not conduct criminal background checks on its users but reserves the right to conduct such checks at any time using publicly available information.

You agree to use OnePi in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities on the platform.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through OnePi ("User Content"). By posting User Content on OnePi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your User Content.

You warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or that you have the necessary permissions to post it. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party.

7. Subscription Services and Payments

Certain features of OnePi may be available only through a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges associated with your use of the subscription services.

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. We may modify subscription fees or introduce new charges with prior notice to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the OnePi platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

OnePi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

OnePi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your User Content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnePi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marseille, Malta.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will provide notice through the platform or via email prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of OnePi after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Use of Artificial Intelligence on the Platform

To enhance user experience and ensure continuous activity on OnePi, some profiles on the platform may be operated by artificial intelligence (AI). These profiles are designed to interact with users by sending messages and participating in conversations, with the aim of making interactions more dynamic and engaging. These AI interactions are not intended to replace real human connections but to complement the experience by avoiding periods of inactivity. Please note that some responses or conversations may come from these automated profiles, rather than real people. OnePi is committed to ensuring that these interactions are respectful and comply with the platform's rules.
